The modernist-style Kingston House office development, designed by Fry, Drew & Partners, is built on Bond Street, Hull.

1996

Hull City Council moves into Kingston House, which has been home to other local authorities, including Humberside County Council and Humberside Police.

2014

Kingston House is put up for sale by Hull City Council.

August 2017

Beverley-based developers Tradepark Ltd purchase Kingston House from NPS.

September 2017

Plans are announced for K2 Bond Street – a pioneering multi-functional living and workspace complex, as part of a significant £6m investment.

October 2017

Lion Heart Hot Yoga agrees a 10-year lease for the 8th floor of K2.

November 2017

Hull’s most advanced telecommunications and wireless broadband systems begin to be installed at K2 by local firm Connexin.

December 2017

The first tenants are welcomed at K2. Beauty and aesthetic clinic Reshape U and beauty salon House of Lashes & Brows move into renovated retail units on the ground floor.

January 2018

Hull-born graffiti artist Pinky creates a unique piece of artwork at K2 – the Rave Cave, which can be seen on our ground floor.

March 2018

A charity abseil takes place at K2, to raise funds for local charity PAUL For Brain Recovery.
