First tenants welcomed at new K2 development

K2 has welcomed its first tenants. Beauty and aesthetic clinic Reshape U and beauty salon House of Lashes & Brows have moved into renovated retail units on the ground floor of the 90,000sq ft development, which will officially open in early 2018.

Jolita Shishmanova and business partner Olga Konone, who own House of Lashes & Brows, moved into the new premises in early November and are already seeing a positive impact on business. Jolita commented:

“K2 is proving the perfect place for the salon. Not only is it close to our previous premises in Caroline Street for our existing customers, but its location has a great footfall, meaning we are attracting walk-ins and increasing our client base. We’re looking forward to the rest of K2 opening in the new year and the new business opportunities it will bring for us.”

Sean Scott, Managing Director of Reshape U, added:

“The move to Bond Street marked Reshape U’s first anniversary. We’d experienced a growth in demand in our first 12 months and we needed to expand. K2 provided everything we were looking for in terms of space and location. The surrounding area is undergoing significant regeneration, so it’s an exciting time to be at the development.”
