Wellness Policy
Our Wellness Policy extends to the operational staff at K2 and to any employees of companies that choose to enrol in our policy.
Wellness resources includes advice, activities, facilities, equipment and membership that promotes employee health (physical, emotional and psychological) and fitness.
We can provide:
- Gym membership (CityGroupX, Floor 4)
- Yoga membership (Hot Yoga, Floor 8)
- Communal spaces (Floor 2)
- Social and networking events (monthly)
- Nutritious breakfasts every Tuesday morning
- A friendly and collaborative working environment
Companies that choose to sign up to the Wellness Policy will gain access to whichever resources they choose to include and boost the happiness, health and productivity of their workforce.
We encourage all tenants to participate in our wellness program, but participation is entirely voluntary.
It is considered vital that our Wellness Policy is inclusive to all regardless of any disability or health condition- we will endeavour to find an activity to suit every individual.
Our wellness program is designed with employee health in mind. It isn’t arduous, time-consuming or expensive. We can create personalised packages to suit each participant. We always welcome ideas and suggestions to improve our services.
