New apartments unveiled at K2 Bond Street

The first of 56 new serviced apartments has been unveiled at K2, the £6m multi-functional workspace complex in Hull city centre.

Situated in the south wing of the development, the first phase includes 14 fully-furnished apartments for long-term let. Aimed at professionals looking for a base in the city centre, these range from one-bed to two-bed apartments, each with a kitchen, bathroom and living area. Due to high demand, deals have been agreed on all spaces already which will be ready for occupation in September 2018.

Phase 2 will consist of 42 apartments – a mixture of smaller rooms with ensuite bathrooms for overnight and weekend stays, as well as larger apartments like those in phase 1 for long-term lets. Work has started already on phase 2, with completion scheduled for early 2019.

“Phase 2 short-stay apartments will be available to book through Booking.com nearer the time of completion, and we are planning further long-term apartments for this phase as well.
